The Muscle Assessment combines cutting-edge technology with advanced functional analysis to precisely map neuromuscular activation and efficiency. We use an integrated set of clinical-grade sensors to collect real-time data on muscle strength, coordination, and balance:

  • Surface electromyography (sEMG) sensors — monitor muscle electrical activity, allowing the identification of recruitment patterns, activation deficits, and hidden overloads.
  • Pressure-sensing insoles (sEMG) — assess pressure distribution on the sole of the foot during walking and running, enabling the identification of muscular compensations and analysis of left–right symmetry.
  • Kinematic movement analysis — used to adjust and prescribe training recommendations and, when combined with the 360 Plan, to tailor training to the current walking or running technique, reducing energy cost, increasing speed, lowering perceived effort, and reducing injury risk.

All data is processed through a proprietary biomechanical analysis algorithm that integrates muscular, postural, and kinematic variables to generate an objective, clinical report with clear recommendations for training optimization, correction, or rehabilitation.

how does it work?

The assessment is quick, non-invasive, and based on real movement.
We start by placing sensors on the main muscle groups. Then you step onto the treadmill:

  • 1 minute walking
  • 1 minute running at a controlled pace
    (If there are limitations, alternative protocols are available.)

During this time, we monitor in real time how your muscles activate, compensate, and distribute effort. With this data, we identify imbalances, inefficient patterns, and potential risk areas — information that is rarely visible to the naked eye.

Using a unique algorithm, you receive a clear, visual report with straightforward graphs and practical recommendations to adjust your training and prevent injuries.
