This assessment combines respiratory analysis with muscle sensors and sweat testing, allowing us to measure how your body responds to real effort — not only in terms of oxygen consumption, but also electrolyte loss and metabolic efficiency. This assessment combines respiratory analysis, muscle monitoring, and sweat testing, using a set of clinical-grade sensors to measure in real time how your body responds to physical effort. The goal is to precisely identify physiological limits, metabolic adaptation status, and the factors that affect your performance and recovery.

Sensors used:

  • Sweat sensors — measure sweat rate and the concentration of lost electrolytes (e.g., sodium), essential for personalizing hydration strategies.
  • Skin temperature sensor — assesses thermoregulation and thermal response to effort.
  • Heart rate (HR) sensor — continuously records heart rate and heart rhythm variations with high precision.
  • Respiratory sensor — measures breathing rate and tidal volume in real time.
  • VO₂ analysis — determines oxygen consumption, ventilation, and metabolic efficiency during progressive exercise.

All data is processed by a proprietary physiological analysis algorithm that cross-references respiratory, cardiovascular, muscular, and sweat-related variables to generate an integrated view of your metabolic performance.

how does it work?

The assessment lasts between 30 and 45 minutes and is performed on a treadmill or bike, with progressively increasing physical effort up to your controlled limit.

  • Ventilation and respiratory response
  • Electrolyte loss through sweat
